வியட்நாமில் உள்ள 'சான் நீங்' குகைதான் இது சுமார் 8 கிலோ மீட்டருக்கு மேல் நீளம் கொண்ட இந்தக் குகையின் உள்ளே ஒரு காடும், ஆறும், குட்டி கடற்கரையும் உள்ளன. இதன் உள்ளே ஒரு 40 மாடி கட்டிடத்தை கட்டி விடலாம் என்றால் இதன் பிரமாண்டத்தை கணக்கிட்டுக் கொள்ளுங்கள், இதில் ஆச்சரியம் என்னவென்றால், 1991 வரை இந்தத் குகை முதன் முதலில் உள்ளூர் விவசாயி ஒருவரால் இந்த குகை கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டது. 

 அதன் வாயிலில் இருந்த மெகா பள்ளத்தைக் கண்டு யாரும் உள்ளே நுழையத் துணியவில்லை. 2009-ல் தான் இங்கிலாந்து ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள் இதன் உள்ளே இறங்கினார்கள். மனிதன் இறங்க அஞ்சிய இந்த நுழைவாயில், 200 மீட்டர் ஆழம் கொண்டதாகும். பாதுகாப்பாக கயிற்றைக் கட்டிக் கொண்டு தான் இதற்குள் இறங்க வேண்டும்.

டெல்லி: மத்திய அரசின் அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பத்துறை,  INSPIRE (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research) உதவித்தொகையைப் பெறுவதற்கான விண்ணப்பங்களை வரவேற்கிறது. ஆண்டுதோறும் 10 ஆயிரம் INSPIRE உதவித்தொகைகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. இதன்படி, தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் நபருக்கு ரூ.80,000 வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

இந்தத் தொகையில், ரூ.20,000, கோடைகால ஆராய்ச்சி ப்ராஜெக்டை மேற்கொள்ள வழங்கப்படுகிறது. அதிகபட்சம் 5 ஆண்டுகள் வரை இந்த உதவித்தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
